Helpful Tips for Your Account & Orders

Your first wash, dry, fold laundry bag is included in your order. Additional bags are available for $5 each under the bags, fees, & misc. section.

Please use the driver instructions field for:

• Your Apartment, Duplex, or Room number
• Your apartment community name
• If you’d like to leave your bag somewhere other than outside the front door (ie back porch, garage, ring bell to receive bag)
• Anything else you’d like our driver to know

Please use the notes field for:

• Stains on items in dry cleaning/launder & press that need attention
• Items that need alterations or repairs
• Anything else you’d like our cleaning team to know
